Combining scientific precision with creative intuition, she is renowned for her expertise in sparkling and white winemaking across cool-climate regions Tasmania, Adelaide Hills, Eden Valley and King Valley. With her scientific background and eye for detail, Teresa discovered her passion for sparkling wine in the intricate balance of art and science.
